Goals Galore Kids' Day Out Activities

Set your sights high and have fun planning to follow your dreams! Decorate a feel-good bucket filled with happy goals, create a S.M.A.R.T. goal plan, and write an encouraging letter from your future self. It’s a day of dreaming big and cheering yourself on! This plan is designed to ignite curiosity, foster creativity, and develop problem-solving skills. Throughout the day, students will engage in a variety of activities that blend art, social-emotional learning, hands-on engineering, and scientific exploration. While the lesson plan incorporates many different Pennsylvania Learning Standards, it focuses on the key learning area of Social and Emotional Development. Specifically, students will engage in learning activities that meet the PA Standard Areas: Self-Awareness, Self-Management, Decision-Making, and Responsible Behavior.
