Bowl & Roll Kids' Day Out Activities

Get ready to roll into fun and learning as we test which balls roll the farthest, solve bowling-themed math problems, and try silly challenges as a part of wacky bowling games. It’s all about movement, math, and lots of laughs! Throughout the day, students will engage in a variety of activities that blend art, social-emotional learning, hands-on engineering, and scientific exploration. While the lesson plan incorporates many different Pennsylvania Learning Standards, it focuses on the key learning area of “Mathematical Thinking and Expression.” Specifically, students will engage in learning activities that meet the PA Standard Areas: Numbers and Operations, Algebraic Concepts, Geometry, and Measurement.
